"ROZGAR MELAS" - The District Employment Exchange organises Rozgar Melas (Job Fares) in the office . This is the process under which the job seekers are helped on the spot to choose their self-employment venture or any other field of their choice. Employers choose suitable candidates in the office. The aim of these Melas is to provide job opportunities in various Private sector fields to local candidates.

During the year 2010-11 total 06 Rozgar Melas were organised, in which 16 employers took part. Total 3150 candidates participated and 980 candidates were selected for various jobs.
